Our Executive Chef hails from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America.  His culinary staff are prepared to help make your wedding, corporate event, Bar/Bat Mitzvah or other special occasion a success.  We create our exciting cuisine at our state-of-the-art kitchen facility.  Here, flavors are layered and mixed to create exciting new tastes.  It is also where we carefully store our hand-selected ingredients.  At the 1420 Room, we expertly prepare, cook, style and serve the final product.
